Venues
Grand Ballroom
Our largest event space, the Grand Ballroom provides more than 30,000 square feet of flexible function space, making it one of the largest in the entire Rosemont area. This expansive, elegant room features classic chandelier lighting and soaring 23' high ceilings. Select the entire venue to host more than 2,500 for a seated banquet and an astounding 5,000 for a classic reception. The ballroom can be divided into as many as eight separate sections to suit your exact requirements. 


 
Grand Foyer
Adjoining the ballroom is the Grand Foyer, an extensive pre-function area ideal for your cocktail hour with plenty of natural lighting from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Rosemont Ballroom
A spacious 15,000 square feet junior ballroom complex easily accommodates over 400 guests for a seated dinner. The Rosemont Ballroom at 9,500 square feet expands into the United and North Central rooms adding an additional 5,500 square feet of space to your function. Our Entry Level Foyer creates an additional 3,000 square feet of open pre-function space for this ballroom.

Unique Spaces
The Conference Center

Our Conference Center is specifically designed as a personalized space. This bi-level Conference Center is ideal for weddings up to 125 guests. For the ultimate reception experience the Conference Center has a two tiered foyer space filled with natural light. The large dome ceiling in the Conference Center helps to create the perfect atmosphere for a small intimate wedding dinner and reception.   





 
Ventanas

Take your wedding to new heights in our unique rooftop venue Ventanas.  Ventanas features 360 degree views of downtown Chicago and O'Hare Airport and is perfect for gatherings up to 160 people.

Plated Guests are seated and served a three or four course classic & elegant, single or duo option.  This style of service allows you to plan your wedding menu with confidence, giving you the opportunity to choose each course in advance.

Personal Preference Allow your guests to personalize their dining experience. Treat them to an elegant four course meal. You choose the appetizer, salad, and offer your guests to choose their entrée, tableside with their server the night of the celebration.

Little touches can enhance your wedding– from late night snacks, to next morning brunches, to gift bags delivered to your guest rooms. Allow our team to embellish your experience with delighters to elevate your special day.

Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event. Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out time is 12 noon. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Rehearsal Dinner
Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner in one of our private spaces.  We will help you customize a menu and other details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.
 

Family Brunch
The perfect ending to the perfect weekend.  Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day.  Your wedding coordinator will arrange for a private room with dedicated waiters to serve your guests.  This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.

Tasting
With so many delicious custom menu options, it is hard to make a decision on what to eat on your big day! Luckily we provide a complimentary Tasting of our delicious Wedding Menu Selections for you, your fiancé, and two additional guests prior to the big day.

Parking
Our hotel offers discounted self-parking for all of your guests on the day of the event. 

Confirmation of Space and Deposits
An initial nonrefundable deposit of 20% of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.


Final Payment
Final payment in the form of a cashier's check, money order, personal check, credit card/e-payment, or cash is due fourteen (14) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% contingency deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover any incidental charges.

We would recommend using a vendor from the hotels preferred vendor list. We request all vendors to deliver flowers, cakes, audio visual and any other items no sooner than two hours prior to your scheduled event. All items must be removed following the event.
